There may be a number of reasons why you’re on the lookout for a new lawyer when you’ve already got existing representation. I’ve listed some of the more common reasons below:
Conflict of interest
Taking too long / delays
No confidence
Want a second opinion
Want a specialist
Breakdown in communication
Firm closure
Perhaps you need legal representation from the outset, or you may have been dealing with the matter on your own and now feel out of your depth. You may not know where to look, or even what you’re looking for. How can you be sure that the lawyer you have found on Google, or on the high-street, is right for you, and right for your legal issue?
I've done the legwork, so you don’t have to. I can listen to your legal issue and use my direct contacts, to pair you with a lawyer who has the right skillset. There aren't many reputable legal comparison sites, and even if there were, they are unlikely to be independent, or have your best interests at heart. I will always try to help you where I can, and if I can't help you, then I know a lot of lawyers who can.
